Beijing Property Rights Exchange said it has built a “platform + investment bank” trading ecosystem and launched a dedicated existing-asset revitalization service column to help monetize stock assets. The column targets 14 asset categories, including equity and debt transfers, real estate and land transfers/leases, machinery and disposal of idle/scrap assets. The exchange offers one-stop services — advisory, asset valuation/price discovery, due diligence and site inspection, marketing and promotion, transaction matching, and financing — intended to raise transaction efficiency, cut transaction costs and maximize asset value.
