Jiangsu province published a Three-Year Action Plan for high-quality commercial
space development (2026-2028). It directs support for leading rocket and
satellite systems and satellite-payload firms to connect with capital markets
and accelerate listings. The plan targets core suppliers — including
telemetry/control communication payloads, satellite laser communications and
satellite power systems — for development into single-product market leaders and
specialized, innovative "little giant" SMEs. It also pledges to nurture
innovative SMEs in satellite applications, aerospace new materials and
fundamental components. The province will form an aerospace industry development
working group to strengthen cross-department coordination and seek national
ministry support on launch-permit approvals, frequency and orbital resource
coordination, constellation-operation qualifications and major project
approvals.
