For silicon‑photonic module CW sources and CPO external‑laser applications, Juguang is collaborating with leading customers on AlN (aluminum nitride) substrates; sample deliveries and validations are ongoing and customer coverage is expanding. Company said several core optical‑communications products have won customer recognition and existing capacity is already locked by customer orders and demand planning.
