Citic Capital's Xincheng Capital has formally completed the acquisition of Alibaba Group's Lingxi Interactive Entertainment, CEO Zhou Bingshu said in an internal memo. Alibaba will transfer its stake and Xincheng will be the new shareholder. Earlier reports put the deal size at over $1.5bn (over 10.1bn yuan).
