德銀指出，SpaceX對Cursor母公司Anysphere的600億美元全股票收購已經完成。這筆交易讓SpaceX進一步補齊「算力—模型—應用」鏈條，也讓Cursor獲得更強的底層算力與模型支持。 Cursor此前大量調用Claude、GPT等第三方模型，重度用戶帶來的Token成本較高 。傳統Pro模式下，單個用戶月收入約20美元、Token成本可達120美元，對應毛利率約-500%；轉向企業按量計費後，毛利率可改善至25%；如果約三分之二任務由Cursor自有的Composer模型處理，Token成本降至48美元， 毛利率可進一步提升至40%。Composer的運行成本約爲Claude/GPT的10%—20%。 隨着更多請求轉向Composer以及後續Grok體系，底層Token供給能力正在成爲AI應用利潤率的重要決定因素。 德銀因此上調SpaceX中長期預測，2027年收入預期由971億美元提高至1153億美元， EBITDA由633億美元提高至784億美元，EPS由2.35美元提高至3.44美元。

Ukraine said Russian forces struck 16 locations across Sumy, Odesa, Kharkiv and other regions overnight from the 16th into the early hours of the 17th, killing at least two people and wounding 11. The Ukrainian air force said Russia launched 128 drones; by 08:30 on the 17th Ukrainian air-defence units and electronic-warfare forces had intercepted 106. The State Emergency Service reported residential buildings in Sumy were hit, causing the two deaths and one injury.
