Aug 18, Beijing — The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology AI Research Institute, CHINA'S CPU MAKER HAIGUANG, the Haiguang industry ecosystem cooperation body and the China AI Industry Development Alliance working group jointly released a report on enterprise compute-base construction. The study says assessment is shifting from scale expansion toward quality improvement; supply‑chain security and resilience, software ecosystem and system compatibility, commercial deployment and application traction, and energy constraints and sustainable operations are now core criteria for building and selecting enterprise compute platforms.
