Black Sesame Intelligent said it has signed a framework cooperation agreement to serve as chip supplier to Guangdong Meichuangxi Technology. Under the deal Black Sesame will use its chip R&D, production capacity and supply-chain resources to provide domestically produced chips for robot and home-appliance applications. The partners will prioritize industrial and humanoid robots for solution adaptation, validation and deployment to deliver high-performance, high-reliability edge compute, while also covering appliance chip requirements and jointly promoting domestic chip substitution and upgrades across scenarios.

China A-share precious metals sector climbed amid volatile trading; Shandong Gold jumped more than 7%, while Chifeng Gold, Shanjin International, Xiaocheng Technology and Western Gold also advanced.
