Anthropic is preparing a class of super-voting shares for CEO Dario Amodei and other co-founders to shield the founding team from external shareholder pressure, The Information reports. The move would be the company's first use of enhanced voting rights; founders' relatively low equity stakes are cited as the rationale. Anthropic also plans to retain its non-shareholder trustee framework and use the special share class to elect a majority of the board, further limiting outside shareholders' influence on governance.
