The Ukrainian Air Force said on social media in the early hours of the 20th that Russian forces launched a new round of ballistic missile strikes targeting Kyiv. Around midnight it warned multiple ballistic missiles were heading toward Kyiv from Chernihiv and Poltava oblasts.
