At Wenchang spaceport, the Chang'e-7 probe and its Long March-5 Y14 carrier
rocket completed technical-zone operations and were vertically transferred to
the launch pad. The probe and rocket arrived in April and July and have finished
assembly and testing; launch facilities are reported in good condition.
Pre-launch function checks, joint tests and propellant loading will proceed as
planned, with launch to be conducted in the coming days when conditions permit.
