Dier Laser told investors on Aug. 19 that its TGV (through‑glass via) strategy
now covers etching and AOI inspection equipment alongside its laser‑modification
machines. Laser‑modification units continue to win orders and generate revenue;
bundled orders for laser modification plus etch have begun to appear and AOI
systems are under active validation. The company said it will supply standalone
or matched equipment suites based on customer process flow, via geometry,
substrate size and capacity needs as it broadens its TGV product matrix.
