Walmart reported U.S. Q2 sales of $125.2bn, up 3.5% YoY. Same-store sales excluding volatile fuel rose 2.6%; transactions +1.5%, average ticket +1.1%. Company cited strong e-commerce performance and market-share gains, partly offset by lower prescription drug prices. Membership-fee revenue grew double digits and Walmart+ net additions hit a quarterly record. Shares fell 6.4% in premarket trading after a full-year outlook that missed expectations.
