The State Council executive meeting, chaired by Li Qiang, called for continued intensification of the Blue Sky campaign, tighter target guidance and enhanced governance and joint prevention-control in key regions. It instructed improvement of fiscal, financial and price support measures to accelerate optimization of industrial, energy and transport structures and to sustain air-quality improvement, and urged broad mobilization to promote green production and lifestyles.
