China State Shipbuilding Corporation said on the 21st it delivered a domestically developed and built 115,000-dwt product tanker. Core equipment, including the main engine, is domestically sourced. The 249.8m-long, 44m-beam vessel has a full-load capacity of 115,000 tonnes and can carry about 830,000 barrels of refined products. CSSC says the ship’s cargo capacity, service speed and fuel consumption meet international advanced standards and it can dock at most major oil terminals to serve international energy-trade trunk routes.
