Copper remained above $14,200/ton after last week’s dollar weakness boosted
investor buying and markets tracked global inventories. ANZ said large
deliveries into LME warehouses have eased the most acute supply tightness, but
concerns over import tariffs mean the US may still draw more copper from
international markets. In European morning trade, LME three-month copper rose
0.2% to $14,207.50/ton, up more than 4% month-to-date.
