China's CSI Convertible Bond Index opened down 0.15%. Biggest decliners at the open were Taitan convertible bond, Kema convertible bond, Jingce CB-2, Outong convertible bond and Lianrui convertible bond, down 3.15%, 2.41%, 2.38%, 2.20% and 1.99% respectively. Top gainers were N Paike convertible bond, Zhonglun convertible bond, Sanjiang convertible bond, Aohong convertible bond and Huitian convertible bond, up 30.00%, 4.90%, 2.99%, 2.45% and 1.99% respectively.

Iran deputy foreign minister Gharibabadi on the 24th wrote on social media addressing U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent, saying Bessent's remarks are contradictory. He noted that if the U.S. has already claimed to have dismantled Iran's military capability, destroyed nearly all military factories and “buried” Iran's nuclear program, why is a so‑called “largest‑ever financial offensive” against Iran necessary?
