After the World Robot Conference in Beijing and amid some countries' restrictions on Chinese high‑tech, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian told a regular briefing that China's approach to developing new productive forces and advancing technological innovation remains rooted in openness and mutual benefit, not in self‑imposed limits or closed monopolies.
