China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Vice Minister Xin Guobin
said the 15th Five-Year Plan period will prioritize growth by deepening
integration of technological and industrial innovation and developing new
productive forces. MIIT will adopt an industry-sets-problems,
technology-provides-solutions approach, strengthen public technology service and
pilot-scale platforms to accelerate original technologies into pilot trials and
scaled application, and cultivate new scenarios, formats and business models to
expand higher-quality supply for diverse consumer groups.
