It targets key BCI links—neural signal acquisition, decoding, control and feedback—with emphasis on EEG sensing and acquisition, human‑computer interaction and typical application scenarios. Priority technologies for breakthroughs and commercialization include new dry electrodes, flexible electrodes, BCI signal‑acquisition chips, compute/decoding chips, integrated acquisition systems and high‑performance real‑time decoding algorithms.
