Ukrainian military said on the night of Aug. 26 its forces struck an oil refinery facility in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Russia, confirming a hit and that a fire broke out on the refinery site.

Axios reports Cisco (CSCO.O) is partnering with Supermicro (SMCI.O) to add high-performance AI servers to its NVIDIA-backed infrastructure portfolio, extending beyond networking to sell more AI compute hardware. Cisco says the deal will add high-density liquid-cooled and air-cooled systems to its Secure AI Factory solution. Cisco says it is stepping up AI infrastructure efforts, betting compute demand will not slow in the foreseeable future.
