Saudi outlet Alhadath reported a senior Gaza peace representative said Hamas has
agreed to transfer authority to a national committee; weapons in the Gaza Strip
will be handed to that committee and destroyed under international supervision,
and Palestinian factions have agreed to disarm. The representative said the
roadmap would establish a unified governing authority with weapons centrally
controlled.
