Amazon (AMZN.O) and NVIDIA (NVDA.O) said Amazon will deploy roughly 2 million
high-end NVIDIA GPUs in 2027 and 2028 for AI model training and inference.
Amazon previously said in March it will install 1 million NVIDIA GPUs at AWS
data centers starting this year. The latest deal covers NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra,
Rubin and Rubin Ultra GPUs; unit prices are expected to be at least tens of
thousands of dollars, with volume discounts for large customers.
