Zelenskiy said on the 27th Russian forces launched combined drone and
ballistic-missile strikes across multiple Ukrainian regions, hitting critical
infrastructure in Poltava, Sumy and Kherson and striking residential targets in
Kharkiv. In Kramatorsk a multi-storey residential building was hit by a guided
aerial bomb; rescuers from Ukraine’s State Emergency Service pulled four people
from the rubble. Zaporizhia reported three injured, Kryvyi Rih two injured, and
a multi-storey residential building in Odesa was also struck. Follow-up response
and clearance operations are ongoing.
