HICOOL launched a global OPC support plan targeting 58 mln OPC (one-person company) entrepreneurs, comprising five measures: a global OPC recruitment network, dedicated competitions, a corporate challenge programme, enablement services and a credit-evaluation system. The plan aims to close the support chain from discovery, community and training to overseas expansion and policy linkage, and HICOOL will broker corporate partnerships using a companies-set-tasks, entrepreneurs-solve-them model to connect solo founders with industrial resources.

After the US close on Wednesday Nvidia shares fell initially then rallied after the company easily beat Q2 estimates and raised Q3 guidance. Investors viewing Nvidia as an AI play treated the results as supportive, though initial market reaction was muted after a long tech run-up. During the earnings call Jensen Huang and other executives said Nvidia expects fiscal 2028 revenue to grow 70% and reiterated that AI has reached an inflection point; shares subsequently rose as much as 5%. Analysts said the volatility was within market expectations and warned Nvidia’s challenge is no longer delivering a good quarter but producing results that surpass already-elevated investor expectations—beating Wall Street is increasingly just table stakes.
