Prudential (02378.HK) reported results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Adjusted pre-tax operating profit rose 9% YoY to $1.812bn; adjusted post-tax operating profit rose 10% to $1.523bn. Adjusted operating EPS was $0.584, up 17%. New business profit increased 8% to $1.384bn, with new business margin up 2 percentage points to 40%. Operating free surplus from insurance and asset management rose 15% to $1.791bn.
