On the 27th (local time), Rezayi, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, said Iran will retaliate against any actions that escalate tensions in the economic sphere and will strike US economic interests in the region. He said Iran is prepared for a new phase if conflict resumes and that any future war would differ from previous conflicts. Subindices: Transformation & Upgrading 156.8 (+22.7% YoY; contribution to total growth 34.1%), Innovation‑Driven 156.3 (+12.9% YoY; contribution 31.4%), Network Economy 157.8 (+10.8% YoY; contribution 27.2%), Economic Vitality 137.2 (+4.8% YoY; contribution 7.3%). Transformation/upgrading and innovation were the largest contributors to the index’s growth.
