The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport
jointly issued a Logistics Network Construction Implementation Plan. The plan
encourages financial institutions to increase financing for logistics and
transport, supplying credit for logistics-network projects at reasonable cost
with maturities matched to project needs and improving capital-use efficiency.
It directs that logistics infrastructure projects and spatial layouts be
integrated into national spatial planning and placed on the unified national
map, ensure project land requirements, expand mixed-use land supply, and secure
land, water and airspace resources in accordance with law and regulation.
