Industry sources say flagship AI models are updating on roughly monthly cycles and competition is shifting from model IQ to agent deployment and ecosystem build-out. Xiyu Technology open-platform chief architect Feng Wen said input pricing is 2.1 yuan per mln tokens and output 8.4 yuan per mln tokens—below one-tenth the price of some international models—which has widened application and accelerated exponential growth in total token calls.
