IDC reports Alibaba Cloud held a 13.5% share of China’s enterprise intelligent customer service market in 2025, ranking first for a third consecutive year. The market (software and services only) was 7.19 bln yuan in 2025, up 55.3% YoY; Alibaba Cloud's intelligent-customer-service revenue was 970 mln yuan, up 83.6%, materially outpacing the market.

The National Data Administration said more than 20 compute-dispatch entities have been admitted to the National Integrated Compute Network monitoring-and-dispatch test verification platform, enhancing compute-dispatch operational capacity. The platform currently monitors about 1.45 million PFLOPS (FP16) of intelligent compute capacity. The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Data Administration will advance the East Data West Compute project, building eight national compute hubs and three compute-and-power coordinated development regions as the backbone of the national integrated compute network.
