The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) recorded 1,030 artillery shells and other projectiles in southern Lebanon between the 21st and 27th of this month, saying the violence is imposing a heavy burden on civilians.

The statement accused Washington of abusing the dollar as a tool, coercing other states to accept its interventionist, law-violating Iran policy and infringing sovereign rights and UN members' rights. It said, given their nature and consequences, the sanctions seriously violate the UN Charter and are a continuation of U.S. and Israeli aggression over the past 18 months that threatens regional and international peace and security.
