BAIC Foton said on Aug 28 its Manzhouli export base opened, completing multiple contract signings and deliveries and moving the site from strategic planning into scaled, substantive operation. Following the signings, the base delivered its first batch of vehicles, marking the start of full commercial operations. The end-to-end process — order intake, vehicle preparation, export customs clearance and cross-border delivery — is now fully linked.
