Iran's foreign minister Araghchi said the US and Israel are unable to counter Iran's missiles.

The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) issued Guidelines on Credit Rehabilitation Services, directing local market regulators to establish end-to-end credit rehabilitation service mechanisms. Key measures: strengthen ex-ante prevention and tighten the risk-monitoring network; publish policy interpretations and case studies and expand legal education; focus on high-risk sectors such as food and pharmaceuticals to bolster operators’ credit-risk controls; pilot big data and AI to deliver real-time warning signals to avert credit/dishonesty incidents; and set up offline credit service zones for on-site Q&A and reinforced compliance guidance.
