Meinian Health said in its Aug. 30 1H2026 report revenue fell to 3.844 bln yuan, down 6.45% YoY, while net loss attributable to shareholders narrowed to 182 mln yuan from a 221 mln yuan loss a year earlier. The half-year report shows neither Zhang Jianping nor Fang Wenyan appear among the company’s top 10 circulating shareholders as of June 30; in the Q1 report (as of Mar. 31) Zhang held 66.2574 mln shares (10th-largest circulating shareholder) and Fang held 127.0 mln shares (3rd-largest).
