Spain's prime minister Sanchez said on Monday Russia and Israel spread and amplified false information about last month's mass migrant entry into the Spanish North African enclave Ceuta, citing a European External Action Service (EEAS) study that implicated both countries. He said it was "obvious" they exploited the crisis to criticise the Spanish government amid differences over Madrid's positions on the Ukraine war and the Middle East conflict.
