Rosenkranz reaffirmed Austria's one‑China policy, described recent high‑level contacts as a positive signal, and expressed a desire to deepen pragmatic cooperation and advance the China‑Austria strategic partnership.

Iran's armed forces warned they will deliver 'far beyond proportionate' retaliation against any attack launched using regional states' territory, airspace or waters. They said the US military has no choice but to withdraw from the region.
