The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned an Iranian attack involving a drone intercepted by UAE air-defence systems over its territorial waters. The ministry called the incident a dangerous escalation and a blatant violation of UAE sovereignty that directly threatened the safety of citizens and residents. It said the UAE will not tolerate threats to its security or sovereignty, will respond by lawful means, and holds Iran fully responsible for the attack and its consequences.
