At its 2026 interim results briefing, Fengyuzhu said a previously signed framework-of-intent with the Mango ecosystem covered only IP-related cooperation and does not involve AI; there is currently no substantive business cooperation underway with the Mango ecosystem. The company is prioritizing physical AI, spatial intelligence and generative 3D and is actively exploring integration of these technologies into commercial applications.

CHINA'S LI met a US-China Business Council delegation in Beijing and said Sino-US economic ties are mutually beneficial. He said China will actively push to resolve legitimate complaints from US companies operating in China and will lawfully maintain a level playing field. He urged the US to reciprocate by addressing Chinese concerns and implementing the outcomes of bilateral trade consultations, and asked the council to guide US stakeholders to view China's development rationally to help stabilise bilateral economic ties.

Shenzhen published a draft regulation seeking comment on measures to promote the brain‑computer interface (BCI) industry. The draft directs the municipal government to coordinate planning of major scientific and health infrastructure—including brain analysis and brain simulation facilities and a human brain tissue repository—while reforming infrastructure operations and improving open‑sharing, evaluation and incentive mechanisms to provide public services for the BCI sector’s development.
