BofA (BAC.N) vice president Irene Piacentini, who led business selection and
conflicts-of-interest matters, has been identified as the victim in a stabbing
near Times Square in Manhattan. Police say a female attacker stabbed a
32-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man at West 42nd Street and Seventh Avenue
around 4:30 p.m. local time; officers shot the suspect dead and Piacentini died
in hospital of her injuries.
