Odesa military administration chief Lysak reported that the city was struck in a
large-scale attack in the early hours of Sept. 2 local time. Eight people were
injured, including one child; two wounded have been hospitalized. The strike
damaged multiple buildings and facilities, severely hit a 24-storey residential
tower with several apartment floors destroyed and surrounding windows blown out,
and damaged an office building and two educational institutions.
