Russia's foreign ministry said it summoned the German chargé d'affaires in Moscow over German government actions and statements it described as anti‑Russia. Moscow denied German accusations of Russian involvement in the Leipzig airport incident, said Berlin used those claims as a pretext to close the Russian consulate in Bonn and the Russian House in Berlin, and warned it will respond firmly.

Samsung Electronics fell more than 2%; SK Hynix declined nearly 3%.
