Lens Technology said its Dongguan Songshan Lake park has completed expansion and
customer validation and is accelerating capacity ramp-up for next‑generation AI
server structural components and high‑efficiency liquid‑cooling systems. The
company also increased capital in Yuanshi Technology, taking its stake to
14.2857%; it has completed management appointments, registered-capital changes
and company registration filings, and expects to finish audits, valuations, due
diligence and remaining equity transfer soon.
