service price projects. When new technologies are cleared to enter clinical
research or products enter the special review procedure for innovative medical
devices until formal approval, authorities will intervene early to provide price
policy guidance, open a green channel for price project filing, adopt “one
province files, nationwide follow‑up,” and seek seamless alignment between
regulatory approval and price filing to promote large‑scale application of major
innovations.
