Amazon's LEO project plans to begin selling broadband to customers by year-end and ultimately target households, businesses and governments. Blue Origin, which announced TeraWave in January, is seeking regulatory approval to build a rival network of thousands of satellites aimed at enterprise and government clients with high-volume data-transfer needs that have typically required bespoke fiber connections.
