Sept. 4 — Fuda Alloy shares plunged and briefly hit the daily limit down
intraday, closing at 49.98 yuan, down 9.04%. The company said the decline
reflects multiple factors and that a reduction by the controlling shareholder
was previously disclosed; the recent sale was conducted under that prior
reduction plan. Fuda said silver is a production raw material and it maintains
advance inventories; silver price swings affect inventory valuation and
earnings, and large silver volatility would impact the product side. Per its
2026 interim report, the company's main business is electrical contact
materials, core components for current and signal transmission in electrical
equipment.
