CFM Flash Market data show the global DRAM market reached $147.02 billion in Q2
2026, up 55.9% QoQ and at a record high. Memory vendors expanded server DRAM and
HBM sales to meet strong server demand; server and PC DRAM ASPs that doubled QoQ
in Q1 rose more moderately in Q2, about 40–50% QoQ. A favorable pricing
environment drove simultaneous volume and ASP gains, lifting vendors’ Q2 DRAM
revenue materially. Looking to Q3, vendors and some server customers have locked
long‑term contract price ceilings and the remaining upside for non‑contract
prices is narrowing, so ASPs are expected to continue rising QoQ but at a slower
pace. With DRAM bit shipments forecast to return to positive growth in Q3,
vendors’ Q3 DRAM revenue is expected to set a new record.
