Guangdong Kairuisi CNC Technology Co., Ltd.'s STAR Market IPO registration has become effective.

The Kremlin said a peaceful resolution remains possible but there are currently no concrete signs it will occur.

Suiyuan Technology opened STAR Market IPO subscriptions. Tencent, the company's largest external shareholder, was allocated 1.7471 mln shares in the strategic placement for CNY 248 mln. Before the offering, Tencent Technology (Shanghai) directly held 77.267 mln shares (19.9493%); concert party Suzhou Paiyi held 0.3087%. Tencent group’s pre-offer stake totaled 20.2580% and is about 20.26% after the issuance. At the IPO price, the Tencent group’s holding is valued at roughly CNY 12.6 bln.
