The Capesize index advanced 385 points (6.4%) to 6,427, its strongest since December 2023, up 20.4% on the week; Capesize average daily earnings rose $3,493 to $54,791, a 22% weekly increase. The Panamax index slipped 9 points (0.4%) to 2,448, with daily earnings down $78 to $22,035. The Supramax index gained 7 points (0.4%) to 1,675.
