Citrini Research半導體分析師Jukan稱目前對DRAM轉向積極立場，此前曾於7月3日發佈看空報告。具體來看，Citrini Research認爲，DRAM基本面穩固。美國超大規模企業的DRAM庫存已處於偏低水平，且後續仍有進一步去化空間。價格方面，預計2026年第四季度DRAM混合合約價環比漲幅約爲10%（第三季度爲環比漲幅爲高十位數）。 NAND基本面則偏弱，2026年第三季度價格雖實現高十位數環比增長，但受手機終端需求走弱及庫存水位偏高影響，第四季度漲幅預計將顯著放緩，僅錄得低個位數環比增長。
