Industry sources say SK Hynix is rapidly scaling capacity for its
sixth‑generation 10nm‑class DRAM 1c nm process. 1c is being accelerated because
it will serve as the core for stacked HBM and next‑generation high‑bandwidth
memory. Sources estimate 1c market share rose from about 10% in Q1 to roughly
13% in Q2, and expect it to reach about 24% in Q3, 34% in Q4 and roughly 35% in
Q1 2027—surpassing 1b (around 33%) to become the company’s mainstream node.
