Year-to-date through Sept. 6, 151 companies have newly listed on China's New
Third Board (NEEQ); 60 of them—about 40%—are national-level specialized-and-new
"Little Giant" firms, concentrated in telecom equipment, LiDAR, integrated
circuits, electronic specialty gases and high-end equipment. Meanwhile total
NEEQ listings have fallen from over 11,640 in Nov. 2017 to under 5,790 today, a
decline of more than half over eight years. Experts say the market is showing
faster turnover with rising quality and shrinking quantity.
